New Caper is a new consultancy for service-based firms and creative agencies. These services help you gain perspective and make meaningful and profitable changes to improve operations, retention and marketing. The primary focus is client interviews and discussions to find the gaps and hidden treasures in how your clients see and experience your services. You’ll discover what they value in your services, how to better serve them and attract more clients like them.
Long-time client Hastings College wanted a website refresh. We worked together to reposition the website, refocus the content on student recruitment, and help students find their people and where to get involved outside of classes. New sections for student videos and updated student stories format was also introduced to further highlight the benefits and positive experiences Hastings College provides.
Laura Lewis is a Texas landscape painter who needed a website that allows her to showcase and sell her original paintings, reproductions, prints, and book. She creates strong compositions out of the extreme horizontals and that invites the viewer into that big open space – a place to explore, escape to, find rest or seek affirmation.
The South Plains Food Bank serves and feeds those in need across 19 counties. They needed a stronger website presence that made it easier for people to get help, for volunteers to get involved, and for donors to provide financial assistance. We worked together to redesign and build a new website to clearly communicate their purpose and better support their marketing efforts.
The Buffalo Grass Fest is an initiative by the Lubbock Music Friendly Community Committee that seeks to help music students and musicians – teaching great business skills, technical music work, and offering networking opportunities. Help provided: designed and developed a fun, new website with custom payment registration and registration to attend their workshops and classes.
Boyer Financial Services is a wealth management firm. Help provided: custom web design, development, and migrated content from their old website to support their own blog and podcast production.
DesignEnvy is one of my collaborative partners. We worked together on new positioning to set a solid foundation for their collateral and provided the design and development of the new website.
Basic Fun! develops and markets fun, innovative, and educational toys with the following product lines: Care Bears™, Fisher-Price Classics®, Cutetitos, K’nex, Pound Puppies, Lite-Brite®, Classic My Little Pony, Mash’ems and Fash’ems novelties, Playhut, Tonka, and many more. Help provided: built a new, scalable website to manage their product lines, showcase where to purchase, and quickly find instructions as needed.

For projects that stalled or became complex, the cost starts at $5,000. Let’s discuss the project’s status to set a completion price.
Get monthly guidance starting at $1,500, including actionable steps for progress and continuous feedback.
One-hour calls cost $350. We’ll find solutions if you’re stuck, allowing you to implement them or share with your vendor.
